Our Material Handling Carts/Trucks
Our lineup of material handling trucks includes a range of specialized options designed to move everything from long rods to bulky sheet goods with control and efficiency.
We designed our bar rod trucks to transport long, narrow materials with ease. Their sturdy frames keep everything stable during transit while open sides allow for quick loading and unloading.
Our bunk trucks are all-welded units are designed for easy mobility to handle heavy sheet materials and have removable corner post for ease of loading and off-loading materials. Ideal for drywall, bunks of lumber, and stacks of panels. Heavy duty bunk truck 3500# capacity has 4-swivel casters and 1” square tube corners posts; whereas, the extra heavy duty 6000# capacity unit has 2-sets of forklift pockets underneath for moving the entire unit with a load or to remove just the material within the 2” corner posts, it has (2) 10” load wheels centers and (4) swivel casters at the corners.
Built from 13 gauge steel, these containers either 18” or 24” inside height provide secure storage and has 7 gauge 2” x 2” x 3/16” structural angle, stacking corners for stacking easily which may be stacked five high fully loaded. The use of deep corrugations to add strength without extra weight. The containers resist common wear and tear. All welded construction. Standard finish is unpainted. Optional paint with selected colors, and other options include runners, card holders, crane lugs, roll-over stirrups or fork pockets.
Manual tilt trucks give you options of using the low-profile models with 24” bucket height (1000# capacity) available with either .38 cubic yard or .75 cubic yard, and with the standard manual tilt trucks of 1 cubic yard or 2 cubic yard with 2000# capacity. Do not exceed your lifting capabilities. Not to be used with forklift or a rotator attachment.
These heavy-duty platform trucks come equipped with a choice of casters: 5” polyurethane, or 6” moldon rubber, or 8” pneumatic tires that roll easily across rough terrain. Their platforms range in 1000# or 2000# capacities (depending on the casters selected) for handling bulky equipment, boxed materials, and so much more.
Our shelf trucks create mobile workstations or efficient transport for small parts and tools. We offer multiple shelf configurations to match your specific workflow. These carts roll smoothly and hold their shape under pressure.
We designed these versatile trucks to handle drums, cylinders, and oddly shaped materials. Saddle trucks cradle rounded loads securely, while standard trucks manage everything else. Both styles offer dependable movement across shop floors and storage areas.
