Our super extra heavy duty (non-stacking) structural base JescoHuskyDumper® are self-dumping and units are engineered to return to an upright locked position when empty. The practicality of self-dumping functionality with the added confidence of a structural steel foundation. This construction minimizes wear during repeated extremely heavy use and help maintains the stability while using. The result is a high-volume capacity hopper built to thrive in heavy-duty workflows.
Features of Heavy-Duty Structural Base Hoppers
Jesco’s heavy-duty (non-stacking) structural base (.220 ga.) hoppers are engineered to carry heavy loads than standard (formed base) hopper models. The structural base includes steel channel supports welded beneath the hopper body, creating a frame that resists twisting, or distortion under pressure. This makes them ideal for applications where standard formed bases may fatigue over time.
Standard formed base units are available with volumes ranging from .125 to 4 cubic yards. Models ranging from 1 to 5 cubic yards are available with gusseted rockers for added strength. Series 1300 Models are constructed with 7-gauge steel for 6000# capacity, Series 1500 Models are constructed with 10-gauge for 4000# capacity, Series 1700 Models are constructed with 12-gauge with 2000# capacity. Safety features include:
- Self-dumping mechanism with a positive safety latch system

- Remote trip rope assembly
- Full-length fork pockets in the standard models are designed for safe, stable forklift handling
