Here at Jesco, We Love Our Community
Jesco® Industries, Inc. has been a family-owned fabrication business for three generations. As such, we understand the importance of family values and giving back to our community. While we originally got our start in Detroit, our metal fabrication company currently resides in Hillsdale County and does business on an international scale.
Hillsdale Economic Development Partnership
We believe that businesses have a responsibility to strengthen their communities by providing employment opportunities for local residents. According to the Economic Development Partnership of Hillsdale County, over 4,500 residents from other counties come to Hillsdale to work. We’re proud to participate with the Hillsdale Economic Development Partnership and currently employ over 40 skilled workers.
The Hillsdale Economic Development Partnership is a non-profit that supports companies in Hillsdale County by providing them with the necessary resources for them to grow. As a fabrication company, we’re excited to be a part of the changing economic landscape of Hillsdale County.
YMCA Kimball Camp Fundraiser
Jesco® Industries and the James family donated and refurbished the Muscle Car for Kimball Camp’s annual fundraiser. The winners are pictured standing beside their prize. Cindy Paletis pictured with her husband Matt had the winning ticket which was drawn the final day of the Hillsdale County Fair.
4H Large Animal Sale
We support the Hillsdale County 4H Large Animal Sale. Each Jesco® Team Member received 30 pounds of meat as a result of purchasing three steers at the Hillsdale County Fair.
In addition, five hogs and one steer headed to local county area food banks.
Taste Of Autumn
Each year, Jesco® Industries, Inc. sponsors the Taste of Autumn for St. Peter’s Free Clinic for their annual fundraiser. Local restaurants and eateries have a table set up with some samples of their food which spotlights the local wineries and craft beers available to taste.

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
Bonny DesJardin is the granddaughter of our company’s founder and the third generation to run Jesco® Industries. In March 2015, we were honored to receive certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE). This means that our company is at least 51% owned and controlled by a woman or women.
We had to go through a strict process to receive certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, but it was worth the effort. As a custom metal fabrication company, we’re committed to excellence in everything we do. In order to achieve that, we recognize the need to welcome a diversity of voices to our business. We believe that welcoming women to the workplace will only encourage economic growth and prosperity.
